Tickets are booked through out online ticket agent www.ticketweb.co.uk and their terms & conditions of purchase apply. A 10% booking fee is added by ticketweb to all purchases. Some tickets may be available at the box office gate an hour and a half before the main screening but entry cannot be guaranteed.
Entry to Movie Park is on presentation of the original e ticket and unique reference from Ticketweb.
We cannot offer refunds and all sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Movie Park does not provide refunds for inadvertently booking the wrong film.
Cancellation of an event is at the discretion of Movie Park and can be made prior to or during a movie screening.
In the event that a screening is cancelled by Movie Park in advance, the ticketing agents and social media channels will advise of the cancellation by 5.00pm on the day. All customers will receive a refund via the ticketing agent to the card that the ticket was purchased with or given an alternative date.
Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable time during the film.
Parking positions are non-reserved and are allocated by the Movie Park team upon arrival on a first come first served basis.
The Movie Park team reserves the right to eject any person/s who is/are intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to others; such person/s will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and the age limit and conditions of the film rating must be adhered to.
Patrons must remain within permitted areas only.
Movie Park reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute film titles and to vary advertised prices, parking arrangements or audience capacity without notice.
Movie Park cannot be responsible for vehicles or their contents if left unattended.
